Forthislarge-scalecreaturesequence,ourteamwasresponsibleforthecreationofthedragonasaherovisualeffectsassetandforthepost-productionworkrequiredtointegrateitconvincinglyintothefinalcinematicenvironment.Theworkfocusedondevelopingacreaturewithstronganatomicaldefinition,believablescale,andadetailedsurfacetreatmentcapableofholdingupacrosswideshotsandcloserheroangles.Particularattentionwasgiventomodeling,texturing,lookdevelopment,lightingintegration,andtheinteractionbetweenthecreatureandthesurroundingurbansetting,includingatmosphere,debris,destructioncues,andoverallshotcontinuity.Inpost-production,theobjectivewastoensurethatthedragonfunctionednotasanisolatedeffectselement,butasafullyembeddednarrativepresencewithinthescene,withacohesivevisualrelationshiptotheplatephotography,environmentalconditions,andfinalcinematictone.
